Dodge 2002 Caravan radio doesn't work and fuse box help..?

Everything thing works in the car when I turn the car on except the radio, it doesn't turn on and when I try to, it's just black. I'm thinking that the fuse blew out. Does anyone know where the fuse box is located or maybe another reason why the radio doesn't work?
