Dodge 1500 2 wheel drive ?

Hey im looking into buying a used 2001 Dodge 1500 with 80k miles. The only thing is that this V8 is only a 2 wheels drive truck. Living in Buffalo we have tough winters. I was curious if a 2 wheel drive will still haul in the snow or will it get stuck ? Let me know if u have a 2 wheel v8 thanks
