vagina, and it seems like its gotten bigger in the past few years or like it moves closer to my vaginal opening sometimes. i also have problems with constipation and it seems like it could be blocking my ability to pass waste. heres a diagram of where it is, please if anyone is a doctor or knows anything about this, help me.

I went to a gynecologist and she said it was my cervix, but it cant be because its like in the shape of an oval ball sort of the same size as a ping pong ball. any doctors, anyone who might know, please help what could it be?
