I went to the doctors the other day as i noticed a change in my behaviour, im on antidepressions for deprisson, but i had about 2 weeks of being on a high could not sit down always on the go, wanted to jump out a window because i thought it would be fun and that it would not hurt.
He told me i may have bipolar he is doing a blood test to rule out a infection of any sort.
On sat i wanted to kill my sefl, i got all the tablets togeter that i had in the house and put them in my bag i had planed what i was going to do i also wrote a text message on my phone to send to my partner to say goodbye, i did not go trough with it as i feel asleep and woke up the next day felling slightly better.
I spoke to my partner on sunday about me maybee having bipolar but he did not say any thing and just changed the subject, i feel i cant talk to him about some things as i feel he might leave me.
Has anyone got any advice.
