I have seen many doctors over the years, and none have properly diagnosed me. I'm so desperate for help I'm begging you to please share your experiences and possibly help me!
Since I was 14 or 15 I've had was seems to be a reoccurring yeast infections, but maybe it's another type of infection. I have also been getting annual pap smears and exams since then.
As I get older, the infections become more frequent, (Some months I get about 5 days of relief a month, if that.) They are also much more intense. I am now 22.
I have tried over the counter treatments for yeast infections, but sometimes they just make matters much worse. When I go to the doctor, they just tell me to use Monistat, or simply tell me I need to bathe more often. Once a day must not be enough...
I have also been tested for STDs, and they always come back negative.
On the days that I am not in extreme discomfort I may attempt to have sex with my boyfriend. If we don't use a condom, (I'm on the pill) a few days later we are both in pain and discomfort. This leads me to believe that it's some sort of STI.
Finally, a doctor told me to start taking acidophilus, and start using dove unscented soap. This worked great, but after 8 months of relief, I had the most intense infection of my life. I went to the same doctor, she said I had a vaginal infection and gave me antibiotics. That didn't work. Then I was prescribed more creams and pills which didn't work. I've lost my faith in this doctor.

2 months ago, I started experiencing anal itching as well. Lucky me. This was accompanied by slight anal bleeding and discomfort when I use the bathroom. I was given suppositories, which helped for about a week.
Please help me before I kill myself.
