Doctor Raise Paxil dosage- Question

Hi, I am new to this board but not to anxiety. I just went to to my doctor and he raise my Paxil from 20mg to 30mg because I was still having anxiety on the 20mg. I been on 20mg about three year now but it was not working. I was wondering what to expect at higher dose of 30mg if any. I also take clonazepam 1mg at bedtime too.

I take 37.5 mg of Paxil (controlled release ONLY).This had been 25 mg (CR) for
a long time.I have a close relative who takes this same 37.5 mg dose, and is 100 pounRAB lighter than me.Regular Paxil did nothing for me.I also have on hand,Ativan
for moments of anxiety,which I haven't "needed" for some years. Luck...Bill
 
Thanks for you reply. I was wondering how before I feel any changes in my anxiety at the dose of 30mg of paxil.
