Right this is the problem, we are having a financial problem due to a critical illness my mother has.
She was diagnosed with leukemia about 3 month ago now.
We are with scottish widows insurance, we should be getting 60 grand which we need urgently because we cant make the money to keep the house otherwise with my mother being out of work.
My main problem though is that our terrible excuse for a doctor is messing us about and not giving us the letter we need to give the insurance company for proof.
He is taking his time and not doing this even though its a high priority as we have enough money in the bank for 1 months payment, after that we will have to cancel with the insurance company which leaves us 60 grand down and in the running for becoming homeless.
Is there a way to demand the letter within a certain time but if he continues to blow it off, take him to court?
I really don't know what im talking about, its my dad who wants to sort this out.
If you cant help would anybody be willing to donate some money towards the next payment so at least we will get another month to get the bastard to do his job.
