DO you work with a boss who chose a favorite and "they" never really work, they

chat all day and talk on their? cell phones, with about every family member while YOU work your butt off? Is there some sort of help out there (yes, I am looking for other jobs) for the hard worker who does work and makes a difference while these 2 who (boss & "favorite"(also last one hired) ) constantly screw off and gossip about everyone? There really should be a law. The boss kisses butt to the male boss and acts as if she is doing "something " in front of "professionals" so I doubt anything would ever get solved within. I know it's OUT there (it's a worldwide problem) and not just in my department. I came from a place as this and thought things would get better- there were some hard workers including myself in the other long term job I had..but we all finally had enough and all got out...I just want to know how many others suffer with this nonsense and how to work among it(I am a professional at it actually- while really wanting to scream at them and ask how they can sleep at night..they may as well be at home but they WANT THAT paycheck!)
 
I know what you mean. It's really annoying when someone is hired after and then offered a higher salary. I have a coworker like this. This person talks on the cell phone and uses the internet for most of the day and does "light" work while I work my tail off. Sad part about it, my boss KNOWS this.
