Do you watch all the news all day long and the night and wonder why you have fears?

The Bible tells us what to do about our minds and thoughts.
Do you what scriptures they are?
I know them, but do you? :)
Meant to say are you aware of what scriptures tell us to guard our thoughts?
We are to take captive the wrong thoughts to the obedience of Christ. We are to cast down the vain thoughts and replace them with good verses from the Bible.
I have been taught to do this. :)
It dispels darkness and depression, and fears.
God has not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.
Out with the bad, in with the good. :)
 
My husband watches the news all day long.I watch it every 3-4 days,It is very depressing to me and when I hear about what someone has done to a child,elderly person(others included)and animals I just get so upset.I will watch the weather every day but that's it.
