I have always made mac and cheese by boiling the water, then putting in the macaroni and setting a timer for 10 minutes and it turns out good every time.
Well then my friend came over and she says she never uses a timer... and apparently a lot of people don't use a timer...
No its never mushy or anything. it tase perfeclty fine to me...
I mean without a timer I would get distraced and forget that I was cooking mac and cheese lol...
