...& thoughts? My man was arrested a few months ago on suspicion of some offences, they then released him a few hours later and asked him to come in on a later day in order to tell him whether or not they are going to charge him and if so with what. A day before this specific date he got arrested again (this was about 5 weeks ago) - they then kept him in jail overnight, questioned him for about 8 hours and took him to court d next morning. Straight after court they took him to prison and hes been inside ever since. They havent charged him with anything yet, he has his court trial in February.. and the prosectuters have untill December to get all d evidence against him and show their papers/proof and evidence. Today i found out that they are asking him for another interview before their date comes to show what they have against him. To me it seems like they dont have any evidence and they need to meet him in order to try put something against him.
There is alot of racism going on withh this case, and these men have something personnally against my man and are trying to convict him.. and find something out of nothing.
What does this mean to you? why wud they need another interview?
