Are Chinese products worth moving our businesses overseas? We've had lead in baby toys, melamine in pet food and now melamine in powdered milk products (baby formula and creamer etc), along with adding saw dust like wood chips to food to add weight to food products so they can spread out their productions more and make more money. What's your take?

Yes it has, but it doesn't mean that they don't still use a lot of shortcuts in their products. China doesn't have good standards and sometimes they don't have standards at all. I'm surprised people really aren't concerned about it since the baby formula does deal with their own children.
Just to add randomly, parts of China do eat dogs and cats. They are kept like chickens in a chicken coop and slaughtered as ordered.
