1. You order at the counter and they will bring your food out to you; refill drinks for you only; tip line on credit card bill that you pay BEFORE you are served.
2. You order through a food delivery service (they pick up from restaurant that does not deliver and bring to you) that charges $5.50 for the service/delivery and you are prompted to also tip the driver that delivers the food (does not work for restaurant, works for delivery service).
3. You are at a buffet style place where employees bus tables, but do not get you drinks.
