Do you think your eyesight affects your photography?

How much? I have an astigmatism in one eye. I don't need glasses to do day-to-day stuff but if I read for a while or try to read road signs far away I end up squinting. Do you think the focus of my images is off if I shoot without my glasses? Maybe what's clear to me isn't clear to everyone else?
I dont have a digital carmera so I dont know what you mean by adjusting these things.
