WE have hit the bottom of the economic deterioration....what companies and governments are doing now is restructuring to adapt to the new economic era, and this usually takes a while in order to be achieved....
I think it is time to think of investing due to the end of the worst...

I don't think it will be over by then, but soon. The market looks like it's doing a little better already.
