Do you think Toyota would bust something on purpose during inspection?

Now, my car is kind of old, it's a 99 Toyota Camry with over 200,000 miles on it. But it seems like every time I bring it in for inspection, I end up having to pay 200-600 dollars to get something else fixed on it.

This time it was the tie rod $220, and 4 wheel alignment $100.

Do you think the mechanics would ever be down there breaking things on my car on purpose just so they can fix them and make extra money?
I know my car has over 200,000 miles, but please answer the question.. this is serious, it's very expensive
