We were making 7.50$/hr + tips the tips were generally 10% for the most part..some tip 15% some tip 5% thats how it goes I would generally leave with 40-65$ a night (weeknight or weekend..it varies) BUT now they are doing this new thing where they cut our wages from 7.50$ to 5.00$/hr and 1.5% of the total sales of the bussers…mind you I work at olive garden…the waiters do fairly well but I mean come on…its not like all of them are selling 700$ worth of food a night, I really don't know if this is going to workout…IT starts in a week.
Do you think this is fair for the bussers at the restaurant?
