Do you think these colleges are too far out of my reach?

Im about to be a senoir. I have a 3.16 high school GPA and a 1040/1500 with writing SAT. im from the north if that matters too. Im thinking of applying to these 4:
University Of Arizona
Louisiana State University
East Carolina University
University of Tennessee Knoxville

What do you think? Any of them too prestigious for me not to get accepted?
