I work out about 5 days a week for an hour at the gym and burn around 500 calories. I do a few difrent cardio machines. Am I really bruning that many calories or is it not acurate. I also am doing Nurtra system as well. I am hoping to see sugnifacnt results in about 2 to 3 months if I keep going to the gym 5 days a week and eating a low calorie diet. Any suggestions to help transform my body and aid it wight loss would be great 
PS- I am 26 and looking to lose 50 pounds. Already lost about 15lbs just with diet in the last month in a half.
