Do you think the new feature on the verizon iphone will?

Well as you may already know Verizon is getting a iphone with hotspot features to five devices and my question is Do you think I can use this as my internet in my house because I cant use wifi I've tried to fix it tried different routers and calling at&t but no help IS it going to be way slower or the same speed and would it drain my battery for the iphone faster. Thanks ooo and this is assuming theirs going to be unlimited data
