Do you think the goverment should make everybody that is obese ride a bike to work?

They would have to ride a bike to work or if they dont they cant go anywhere. They would gain the ability to drive a car when they lose the weight. Then the world would be better without obese people.
They get paid the more miles they ride as a motivator.
