It is one thing to pull a prank like that; it is far more audacious to enter a U.S. Senator's office with the intent to commit a felony. Do you believe that the four men acted on their own initiative or that someone higher up in Republican circles encouraged them to do this, reassuring them that they'd come to their aid if something went wrong?
