at the moment it appears that ICC is favoring few cricketing nations without questioning their credentials of pitches whereas they do it to some.
ICC also doesn't have a code of conduct regarding opening of mouths of players, anyone talks rubbish against indians.
the DRS has been mauled fiddled and tampered at the will of umpires having power of retaining and reversing the decisions with or without available technology evidence.
the umpires seems to be biased towards communities.
it is high time to split and spend the 70% fund on cricket growth of various nations instead of prospering the biased people.

there are various nations having potential to grow in the game and let BCCI spend their funds on that instead of pumping it to ICC, who even discriminates in award ceremonies forgetting indian performance throughtout the year and taking one series as a basis for awards
