Oh,thats a Euclidean Inter-galactic Interupter. The end result of 4.3 billion years of research and development from a small earth-like planet in the NGC 1453 galaxy. Capable of manipulating Space-Time, that vehicale its ability to travel to any place and time in the universe instaneously. However don't give them too much credit, smart as they are, THEY STILL HAVEN'T DISCOVERED STEALTH TECHNOLOGY
And,yes the fact that this question is here shows the questioneer's thoughts about the people who scream about UFO's all the time,lol.
