I heard he will ask for a buyout since he wants to return to his home team and the team that drafted him. However, at most I think he has 2 years (including this season) and he is gone because with Carmelo Denver realistically cannot beat San Antonio, Dallas, and Lakers.
I think it makes sense for the Nuggets to go in the direction of Ty Lawson. I think that the Nuggets need to try to trade Chauncy Billups for a 2nd round pick and maybe a solid young player to a contending team like Miami. I believe that Miami would be a great place for Billups to go to where he can try to win a ring. He is a excellent outside shooter, clutch, and can defend and is alot better than Chalmers and Arroyo.
I think Orlando is a good fit however I doubt that the Magic will give up on Jameer Nelson. I don't think Lakers is a good spot for him since Kobe does well playing with primarily shooting point guards as opposed to playmaking point guards. Fisher was effective in the triangle playing with Kobe because of his ability to outside shooters more so than his passing.
