...their name? My brother has a girlfriend and he's 26 and she's 25, and she graduated from Kean studying to be a teacher. She's a really nice girl, really smart, and has a good head on her shoulders, etc...Her name is Shanay'ia. She's been looking for jobs everywhere for almost a year now, and almost all her friends who graduated with her already have jobs or already going to. She still has no job and she really thinks it is based on her name. I really think that's complete BS if that is what it's solely base on, because if she is smart, and can teach kids well, why should it matter if her name is Michelle or Shanay'ia? Its so stupid that people judge just by a name, and they don't even give them an interview a lot of times because of it.
