Do you think that I should be baby dancing right now?

Hi! So here's my question. I am on cycle day 23. I thought I ovulated a week ago, because I was having pulling twinges in my side. But all day today I have had lots of egg white cervical mucus with a tiny blood striped tinge in it. My cycles are irregular and I have not started charting temps yet. Do you guys think that I ovulated last week or that I should be BD'ing right now?
