Do you think that education is a scam?

I was watching Everybody loves Raymond one day and heard this quote and it got me thinking. Education is fair and nessesary but what
do you think about this question. ( the question has nothing to do with my opinion)
 
95% of what they teach us is just random BS that most of us won't ever have to use in our lives.

but it's better than having no education at all....
