I really don't see a reason for any candidate to ever do otherwise, as long as the voters are willing to accept it. Clearly, her voters don't seem to mind.
Why take questions from the press that haven't been pre-screened and approved? If you can give 2 or 3 interviews with friendly, supportive reporters, why give 20 with reporters who aren't specifically in your camp?
Whether you agree or disagree with her politics, do you think others will follow suit in the future?
