NO i dont. You dont need a permit in most cases to get a dog, a cat, a hamster, a turtle, so why a fish. But i do agree with you that people are very ignorant and end up killing fish. This is wrong. A way to fix this though would be fore store keepers to know more information and then pass it on to the customers. Any way if there was a permit than i think the government would have way to much control over us to make us have to have a perment to even keep fish. But i do feel the same concern for that you do. thank you for that. But i think we need to find another way and what we can do now is just keep people informed. I think if you buy a fish maybe you should have to read something about that fish before you can take it home. We should have something like that for all animals.
