I was having a conversation that other day with my friend and it went soemthing like this:

"Friend" - "Obama being elected is going to be 9/11 times 100"

Me - "9/11 times a hundred? Jesus, that's....

Friend - " Yes, 91,000. Basically all the worst parts from the bible."

What?!?! Should I have slapped him?
 
Your math is off, it's actually 91,100. But in any case, if any thing this would bring more peace. You're looking at something that the world can look at and go "wow, these Americans actually picked a non-white person... Just wow". This fear of Armageddon is unjustified.
 
dude, im gonna coin a phrase uttered mostly by conservatives "IF YOU DON'T LIKE AMERICA, THEN YOU CAN JUST GEEET OUT!!!"
 
Unfortunately the "slap" isn't a cure for stupidity. I would suggest to simply disassociate yourself from that person, because stupidity can sometimes be a little contagious.

The most illogical, intollerant people on Earth are not the fundamentalists in other countries, they are the fundamentalists in this country (the US, by the way).

thats wrong for him to say that because just because president obamas last name sounds like its from middle east doesnt mean he is, its completly ilogical to think that way
