Do you think my period has anything to do with these headaches/migranes?

I started to get headaches in 2009 beginning of the school year and since then they have gotten worse. I notified my doctor about 2 months after they started and he put me on Depakote, along with that he sent me to get a MRI to check everything out, i didnt get the IV though. Everything was fine so just to double check he sent me to a neurologist and she asked if I had been getting blood clots, I said no because I either got very small ones or none, and she diagnosed me with tension headaches and took me off of Depakote and put me on low dosage of ellevelle. Another factor of my headaches are due to my anger, I have a very aggresive attitude and am autistic. I hated the ellevelle and wanted off of it, my headaches lessened but still came a little, I told my neurologist and she said Depakote was harmful to me and I dont have migranes and unless my headaches form into migranes I cannot go on depakote. I have stop taking ellevelle because during the summer she is trying to take me off of all meds because she believes my anger triggers my headaches and my anger comes from school. My headaches are HORRIBLE, I get them especially in choir and I want to be in the dark and sound hurts and I want to cry? I am also getting BIG blood clots in my period? What should I do?
