I have two dogs...a male and a female. They are both fixed. When we go on walks in the summer (we don't in the cold months) our female always barks, growls, snarls and lunges at other dogs, bikes, walkers, joggers and bigger vehicles (garbage trucks,etc)...also when she's outside, she barks and growls at people and other cars that go by (and dogs) and her hair stands up...is that aggression? Do you think she is really aggressive? And also she bit someone on a walk one time that was biking and got too close...any opinions are good, thanks...

Dont have the money for a trainer/none in my area
She already knows to sit and that wont help, she pulls on her leash CONSTANTLY!!

I cannot socialize her with the way she is...its too late. She would attack the people and other dogs.
