do you think my calorie intake is ok for the exercise i put out?

I usually run 3 miles in the morning or do 30 mins of good cardio and then in the evenings i run about 4 miles in about 34 mins and do 250 push ups and sit ups along with some weights and it usually takes me about 2 hours in the gym.
i eat about 2500 calories and i weight 210 and im 5'9"? 21 years old
