do you think he hates english clubs and tends to abuse his power?

when manchester city offered 100 million pounds for kaka he said it was bad for football. a few months later real madrid got ronaldo for 80 million pounds. he said it was good for football. he said it showed that people still cared about it.
 
He doesn't hate English clubs or he doesn't use his power against them: remember Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea London performances and the winning of Man Utd of the Champions League and compare them to Olympique Lyon, PSG and Lille (even Nancy's performance) in CL.

His intentions are good since we, the poor countries like Ukraine, Romania, Kazakhstan, Cyprus have clubs participating in CL.
I believe Germany was affected because of that, not England. I believe the Germans would like to have Michel Platini off his current position.
