Do you think McDonalds rips people off on purpose?

I ordered two sausage and egg mcmuffins. I get sausage, but no egg...on both of them! Do you think this is a simple mistake? I find it hard to believe they forgot the egg twice. And this sort of thing has happened before to me. It makes me think that ran out of eggs or something and purposely screw someone over going through the drive-thru. Had they told me they didn't have eggs I would have ordered something else. I want to call 911 on them like that crazy lady did when they ran out of mcnuggets.
 
yes. they're macdonalds. I NEVER EVER eat at macdonalds. Carls Junior has much better burgers.
 
I doubt that they're bright enough to do it on purpose. They probably just didn't know what eggs are.
 
Don't eat Mcdonalds! I agree, Carl's Jr. has a much better variety and is reliable! Anyways, I eat fast food once every 2 months or so... it's UNHEALTHY!
