...inability to raise campaign fund McCain has a history of NOT being able to raise funds without the assistance of Bush. Now he is using Obama's slogan for change and trying to distance himself from Bush by pushing for these debates which if you think about it, could greatly eliminate McBush's campaign cost. He could piggy back with Obama.

No it has everything to do with his ability to speak off the cuff while obama needs written speeches or he seems lost.
