Do you think it's wrong for the media to call the winner of a state before

the counting has even begun? I was watching Fox news and they called a state for Hillary and a state for Obama and in both states only 1% of the polls was in. now granted they were correct, but still, do you think that this kind of presumptive reporting has an overall affect on the election. I mean if people hear that Obama has won already, are they going to bother voting?
