No it's perfectly natural. Unfortunately the boob has been turned into a real sex symbol and is no longer appreciated for what it is intended. I find that I get worse reactions from women then men to my breastfeeding and it's usually because they get jealous/insecure about their partner looking. Most of the guys I know are pretty laidback about it and don't even think of it as a "boob" in the sexual sense it's just a woman feeding her child.
I think it's really sad that people feel this way or that they expect a baby to eat his/her dinner in a toilet or in private. I mean seriously there's alot of people out there whos eating etiquette is less then desirable but we don't send them to the dunny to eat their meal. I think it should just be left alone and the old saying if you have nothing nice to say then don;t say anything should apply. We can't make people like it or understand it. But we can ask them to keep their opinions to themself, if they don't like it don't look - simple
