okay first of all your a female.....females dont ask men out.....they wait until men ask them out!!!

and if he doesnt ask you out first...HE'S NOT INTERESTED!!!

but he may want to do things that your not ready for, like making out, unless you have already.
or other things.

dont ask a guy out! this is the reason why girls have such a bad reputation, im sorry but its true. Personally i think girls who ask out guys look desperate.

Try leading him on, so HE asks YOU out, not the other way around.

And nothing wrong with the age DIF. im 14, a freshman in high school, and my sister (16, junior) well her boyfriend has a friend also a junior and is setting me up with him bc we're exactly the same. so hes a junior and im a freshman, nothing is wrong with that.

but u should let him ask you out, lead him on, flirt, dont say "i like you" or anything like that,
just lead him on

Well it isn't wrong. But you should date someone your age, he/she may be more mature than you, and if that happens and you say a joke only a 13 old would laugh at, he/she might think your in mature and break up with you. I would say no, Because there are many people who are 13 that you could date.
