I'm thinking specifically of old Nazis from WWII. Many of them have done horrible things, but it is a very long time ago. In your opinion is it right to put old men in their eighties and nineties on trial for crimes they've committed over 60 years ago? Should people be punished no matter how old they are or how long ago the crime was committed?
Do you think it's right to punish war-criminals 60 years after the war?
