sure it can be done. You would need hydraulic steering that is controlled by the x box pad. The pad would be used to operate hydraulic valves that would in turn move a ram back and forth to change the direction of the drag link, turning your wheels. One of the buttons could work as a horn.....

Anything is possible with an imagination and a lot of time and money.
