Let's say someone is religious, should they have to keep their religious beliefs to their self. But people who are not religious can offend religious people with their profanity and foul language. They can take God's name in vain and offend religious people and religious people can't offend people that are not religious. It sounds like a double standard. I think if a boss in a workplace bans discussions on politics and religion, he absolutely MUST ban foul language. I as an employee, can go over my boss' head and have my boss reported because every boss has someone higher to answer to.
