Do you think its good to judge a person race by what they see on TV?

as people we know that everyone in other races do bad things. but when you see a black person do something Wong why you people like to judge that persons race why cant they just talk about that person not his or her race.the same can be said for white people i see black people being race towards them to. i just think its very stupid and childish and the people who do things like this are older then me im 16 i have a reading problem but i try hard to work on it.but those people are like 20 and older they don't know the difference between right and wrong people in all difference races and gender and religion do bad and good thing in this world.thank
