The Bible says it is wrong and what is up with the supreme court thinking they can overrule God?

Why should the U.S. bind people who don't follow a religion to follow the religious tenants of that religion.

I'd be against the U.S. outlawing pork as it is against some religions, I'm against them outlawing sodomy.
