legislation to block it? The state of Georgia has passed SB411 that blocks the mandate on Obama care.
I think the 48% public support is false, it's like unemployment rate fell to 9.5% cause a half of million people stopped looking for jobs.
Pear bear my state has passed a law that blocks any thing thats unconstitutional in the new federal health care law.
Not saying Obama want cry about it like he did by the immigration law in Arizona.
Let Obama sue my state and they will be other states doing it.
Doug that's where your wrong. The 10th amendment of the constitution says different. Under the 10th amendment it says federal government can't make a state to pay for a federal law or mandate any one to buy it.
Doug this want stop at federal court it will go to the supreme court.
Skip i'm not saying there not good things in the law. One of the things my state will block is the mandate on buying it. It's unconstitutional making me buy it to pay for yours is wrong. I bet at income tax time,you get back 10 times more than you paid in and that's as bad as the mandate on Obama care.
