Do you think I will be accepted into DePaul University?

I am in the process of applying to DePaul University and I wanted to know if I have a shot at getting in. I am an out of state student with a GPA of around a 2.99-3.2 out of a 4.0 scale and an ACT composite score of 22. I have taken 4 years of Math and English. Three years of Science and Social Studies, Two Years of a Foreign Language, adn Two Years of a Fine Arts Class. Should I consider retaking the ACT?
