No... just... no.
The Jeep if properly maintained still has a few hundred thousand miles in it.
The Honda, if properly maintained might last 30k before it throws a rod, blows a cylinder, or some other catastrophic mechanical failure occurs.
At which point you get to pay for a new engine. Which will cost more than buying another used vehicle with less mileage.
