...unauthorized automatic drafts? I took out a non owners policy with Geico in June 2010 and cancelled from non payment it when I got a car on July 1st I purchased another policy with State Farm and Geico continued to take money that was unauthorized from my account in different installments of $75-$80 and I didn't know because I usually keep a substantial amount in my account until my card declined one day and that caused for concern to check my account noticing all the withdrawals taken out on the same time every month never approved a automatic withdrawal at all. Adding up to about $500 total. I can cancelled my bank card and the bank gave me the run around and payed me 2 months back and said Geico has to pay the rest and because their limit over 60 days. Geico told me to file a police report and the police told me they can't do a thing and to take to small claims court. I already went to insurance commission of North Carolina and they can't do anything Geico lied to them as well. What should I do I'm frustrated I just want my money back.
