Hi I'm 14, 5 foot, and a vegan. Usually, my day ends up going like this:
Breakfast: Kashi Go Lean Crunch (organic oats cereal that has like 9g of protein and a lot of fiber) with soy or almond milk (unsweetend)
Lunch: 2 apples
Snacks: Usually I end up eating a serving of nuts, a banana, another apple, some other fruit, and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. also (occasionally) ill have a half fist sized potato with a tiny bit of salt, lots of pepper, and a tablespoon of olive oil
Dinner: raw spinach salad with nuts, half a pita, oats, and sliced strawberries. sometimes ill have some beans or lentils as well
drinks: water or soy or almond milk
